Happy New Year!
Happy New Year! I hope you have the best year ever! 2025 seemed to have left some of us feeling like the last Jake Paul fight. In prep for the new year, even though resolutions have gone out the window, it’s still a great time to establish realistic goals and plans. For exercise, if you’re not able to join a gym, it’s good to at least make small goals such as taking a 30 min walk twice a week, doing 10 push-ups before bed, or something as simple as stretching for 10 minutes before you start...
