Rainbow Grilled Cheese
I tried out this recipe from the Pinterest link below. The kids ABSOLUTELY love this each time I make it. Your grilled cheese sandwich will never be the same. When I asked Mariah how it tastes, she replied “It’s so good. Tastes like a donut!” It’s simple!
-
Select the shredded cheese you’d like to use. Separate the cheese into a couple different paper bowls (depending on how any different colors you prefer to use).
-
Add 1-3 drops of food coloring to the cheese ad swirl around until the majority of the cheese is nicely covered.
-
Grab a slice of bread to add rows of the different colors of cheese and place the second slice on top.
-
Place a slice of butter in your skillet and place your sandwich in the skillet. Once one side is done, gently flip it over.
-
Once the other side is done, you can choose to add your sprinkles on top of the sandwich while in the skillet or once you take it out. (Caution: If you add sprinkles while in skillet, they may roll off)
